RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY GUIDELINES

NOTE: For exchange or refund, all items must be returned in the original bag and with tags.

  • Items can not be exchanged or refunded after 30 days of purchase
  • Items should be returned in new condition and with original packaging and tags
  • Items must not have been worn or washed
  • Items with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded unless the issue is due to a fault by Mediscrubs Embroidery Specialists
  • Failing to include a Return/Exchange form may result in your request being declined
  • All items cannot be stained or marked (Makeup/Food/Animal Fur/Pet Dander)
  • Items must have no scents (Perfume/Deodorant/Body Odour) due to health regulations
  • Original and return postage is not refundable
  • All scrub print sales are final: Once a scrub print is purchased from our website, it is considered a final sale, and no refunds will be provided.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR

  • Incorrect Sizing – You are entitled to exchange your items to your correct size (*Please note this does not include items embroidered)
  • Manufacturing Faults – You are entitled to an exchange or refund if your items are received faulty. These faults are under the discretion of our quality control team to assess before a request is accepted.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You can download a Returns/Exchange Request form from our website. Please print and fill out the form and send it back with your items to our store at 12/8 Centre View Drive, Biggera Waters, 4216. You can also return any items to our store in person. All returns by post will incur your own delivery costs.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

NOTE: All exchanges will require you to pay a small postage fee for Mediscrubs to resend your items – A staff member will be in contact with you to finalise your exchange.

You have up to 30 days of receipt of the item/s for exchange or refund.

You can easily return any item to our retail shop or warehouse at Shop 12/8 Centre View Drive, Biggera Waters 4216 (near Harbour Town). You can bring your item and receipt to the Mediscrubs store for an exchange, or you can send them to our warehouse via post (at your cost) where we will receive and exchange your items.

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

We will ONLY exchange your items if they meet the criteria found within the tabs below:

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:

NOTE: "Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like, or unwanted gifts.

We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:

  • Returned within 30 days of an online purchase
  • Return within 10 days of an in-store purchase
  • Return with proof of purchase
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • A protective hygiene sticker must be in place for returns.
  • Purchases must be returned to the Mediscrubs store unless purchased online or through a Mediscrubs Roadshow
  • Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined under Excluded Items (under the ‘IF YOUR ITEMS HAVE A MANUFACTURE FAULT’ Tab).

We will not accept change of mind returns on items for the following:

  • Embroidered or Personalised Items
  • Washed Items
  • Worn Items
  • Contamination – includes and is not limited to:
    • Pet Dander
    • Stains (fluids, food or other organic matter)
    • Makeup, moisturizers etc.
    • Spray tans etc.
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Seconds
  • Charity Items
  • Custom Trim Items
  • Facemasks (due to hygiene and quality reasons)
  • Customer Requested Customised Items. These products include the following; ( One-off  customised items: Contrast trims, Lab wear, Personalised embroidered apparel, and/or any items made specifically upon request as a custom-made product as per customer specifications.)

We will not issue any REFUND for items exempt from being returned.

NOTE: In the interest of hygiene, some goods cannot be returned, unless said goods have remained untouched and are in the original wrapping, or can be proven to have a manufacturer's fault.

Should you change your mind regarding the unique characteristics of an item, including size or colour, said item must be returned in-store in its original condition, which includes all original packaging.

SAMPLES POLICY

Here at Mediscrubs, we want our clients to be content and comfortable with their choice of sizing and style so we, therefore, offer Samples. Please see our Samples Policy below:

  • Samples will be invoiced (plus postage) and need to be paid in full before dispatch
  • Samples of Embroidery are NOT available (Please see Embroidery for further info)
  • A Credit Note will be issued if Samples are returned in 14 DAYS and the Return Sample Guidelines are followed:
    • Not washed or worn
    • All tags attached
    • No stains (makeup/ food/ general wear)
    • No animal fur
    • In original packaging
    • No scents/ no perfume/ no deodorant (due to health regulations)

Refunds on request may apply if your business decides not to purchase our scrubs (fewer postage costs) and you adhere to the above guidelines. For further enquiries please contact us direct

IF YOUR ITEMS HAVE A MANUFACTURING FAULT:

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

If the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations as outlined in Australian Consumer Law, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time and with proof of purchase.

Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.

RETURNS PROCESS (IN-STORE)

  1. Return your item(s) to the Mediscrubs store, located at 12/8 Centre View Drive, Biggera Waters 4216 (near Harbour Town).
  2. Provide the team member in-store with your unwanted item, and proof of purchase, and if you paid using a credit card please bring the same card with you.
  3. Once the returns policy has been met, we’ll offer an exchange or refund on the spot.

EXCLUDED ITEMS (FOR A CHANGE OF MIND RETURN):

  • Embroidered or Personalised Items
  • Washed Items
  • Worn Items
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Seconds
  • Charity Items

You are entitled to an exchange or refund if your items have been received at a manufacturer's fault. Manufacturers' faults may include stitching, colouring, fabric quality, and design failures.

You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality.

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as is reasonable from the time item has been received by contacting our customer care team. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the issue with your item.

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

Refunds

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method so if you paid cash we can offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, please bring the same card with you as we will refund back to your card.

RETURNS IN GENERAL:

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase although there may be times when you may request to return a product.

Should you request a return or exchange of any items, regardless of whether they are faulty, you change your mind or need a different size; you are responsible of returning the items to us.

Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Original shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the return.

Once received, we’ll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.

FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND:

  • Items cannot be exchanged or refunded after 30 days of purchase
  • Items must not have been worn or washed
  • Items with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded unless the fault is within the embroidery produced by Mediscrubs Embroidery Specialists
  • Failing to include a request for a return/exchange form may result in your request being declined.
