WHAT YOU FIRST NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR SCRUBS & MEDICAL APPAREL

Clothes are an important part of any culture. Whether it is the carefully ripped T-shirt of a teenager or the three-piece suit of a lawyer, the way we dress projects an image or makes a lasting statement about who we are and what we are about. By the same token, the clothes we wear to work must reflect the functions we serve in our communities and the role we play at work. Some research suggests that teams who dress alike, work together better. And by taking a new approach to how you dress for work, you offer your clients a first impression that is sure to make them sit up and take notice. At Mediscrubs, we recognise this fact and we place all the importance on the person, rather than the garment they are wearing, because we know that if you look good, you will feel good, and visa-versa. This is why we use a textile that works as hard as you do, and we have carefully considered all the variables to deliver superior value, style and comfort coupled with longer lasting moisture management, and a multitude of other performance capabilities such as easy wash & wear. WHY IS OUR MEDICAL APPAREL SUPERIOR?

When our creative team design medical and professional workwear we take into account important features such as printability, affordability, function and of course aesthetics. The secret to our range is that we use the combination of polyester with cotton, resulting in a stronger material, which is less prone to pilling and static. When these two materials are blended, the wearer gets the benefits of both polyester and cotton fibres in one fabric. Today’s poly-cotton blends are softer than their predecessors. This type of fabric keeps it shape and colour longer, and it doesn’t shrink. Blended products, are usually less expensive and last longer than cotton. Although Polyester-cotton material can have a 50/50 blend, it normally has a ratio in the vicinity of 35 percent polyester and 65 percent cotton, suggesting that it is still mostly breathable, which means it is a suitable material to wear when it’s hot.
