Penny is the founder and CEO of Mediscrubs, and her husband Jason is Company Director. Both had a direct connection to the healthcare industry in the early days and noticed a gap in the market for high-quality and affordable medical scrubs. Penny could see that most medical scrubs available in the market were either poorly designed or very expensive, so she decided to do something about it and started designing and manufacturing her own scrubs. penny was determined to provide healthcare professionals with comfortable, functional, and stylish scrubs that would make their job easier.

Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted global supply chains, creating other challenges in regard to sourcing materials that can lead to manufacturing and shipping delays. However, Mediscrubs recognising these challenges ensures that we are always fully stocked with our most popular colours and styles Another challenge that the business is facing is the rising cost of shipping.
