Mediscrubs now ships to over 190 countries globally, and you can feel secure when ordering internationally, as Mediscrubs has a secure website and world class team taking care of your orders.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • ITEMS IN STOCK – Orders that have been confirmed prior to 2.00pm Monday to Friday AEST are dispatched directly for shipping, unless said items are not in stock, on order; require embroidery; or are custom orders.
  • ITEMS ON ORDER – We will email you promptly to confirm that we have received your online order, in which time we will provide you with an estimated delivery time, (this is usually between 2 to 4 weeks).
  • CUSTOM ORDERS – Your custom made items are ordered immediately, in which time we will contact you via email with an estimated arrival time. (usually 4 to 6 weeks).
  • EXPRESS POST – Express delivery within Australia may provided upon request. *conditions apply
  • EMBROIDERED ITEMS – Embroidery will take up to 7 to 10 days before items can be shipped.
  • CHANGING or CANCELLING ORDERS – To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order is processed immediately by our team in dispatch. Before placing your order please be sure you have selected the correct item, colour and size, as modifications or cancellations are not possible.
  • SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES â€“ Are determined by the weight, excluding gift cards and embroidery

INTERNATIONAL POST GUIDE

  • Mediscrubs uses Australia Post for all domestic and international shipping.
  • Check the Australia Post website for rules and guidelines for sending to a particular country, so your item gets there without delay.
  • Orders containing items that are on back order will be placed on hold until all items are available to ship.
  • You may cancel the back order items at any time and your order will be released to ship.

Business Day: Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

International shipping and handling rates will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

  1. Australia Post can only provide estimated delivery times between metro areas of major cities.
