Another COVID-19 Update

Hello, first and foremost, the entire Mediscrubs team hope that you and those close to you are safe and well. We recognise the trust you place in us to deliver your items safely and in a timely manner to your doorstep, or place of business. That’s why I want to share an update on the actions we are taking at Mediscrubs to improve our service during this COVID-19 outbreak.

As you well know, this global health crisis is impacting business, our lives, and the economy — and expectations for 2020 have shifted. We’re adapting by the minute to what we’re learning, changing the way our office and warehouse function, and searching for the good in what can feel like overwhelming times.

GETTING ORDERS FROM US TO YOU

One aspect of our business that has been impacted by the Coronavirus is our transportation flow. Please understand that we are working around the clock to best support you by maintaining the essential products and service that we have built our reputation on.

SPLITTING DELIVERIES

To better assist you during this crisis we have chosen to implement new policies and procedures regarding shipping in an effort to accommodate a growing accumulation of orders. We have found that the best way forward is, where necessary, to split your orders and allocate items as they arrive at our warehouse ensuring that you will receive available items as quickly as possible.

NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU

Mediscrubs will absorb all additional shipping costs in order to get as much of your order to you as quickly as possible. If you are concerned that you have not received your full order or have received any items in error you are more than welcome to contact our team for assistance. We assure you that stock is arriving daily, however, should you have any concerns please let us know.

BE KIND AND UNWIND

Our team are doing their best to help you get the essentials you need now and we know that some of you have been waiting longer than usual for delivery. We expect your calls but ask that you be patient and respectful to our staff who are doing everything they can to make your experience with Mediscrubs the best it can be under these extraordinary circumstances.

For all urgent enquiries you can contact us between the hours of 1pm and 4pm Monday to Friday. To help us assist you better we ask that you have your order number ready. Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] and we invite you to shop at our Biggera Waters store if preferred.

YOUR SAFETY

“Safety Above All” is something we take incredibly seriously at Mediscrubs. We are listening to recommendations from the Department of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members. We are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent handwashing. We are disinfecting our facilities and equipment as appropriate. And as always, we are encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, you may have wondered, “Is that package safe to touch?” The WHO has answered that question for us. They’ve made it clear that it is safe to handle a package, even if it comes from a place where the virus has been reported.

WORKING TOGETHER WILL GET US THROUGH

We want to take this opportunity to thank our entire team who are doing a brilliant job as they continue to serve you during this unprecedented time. We want to thank you also for showing them respect and gratitude as we work together during these challenging times ahead.
